I did the same thing. I have a IIsi with 5 megs, but instead of just a
math co, I installed the "QuickSilver" adapter card from Applied
Engineering. It is a cross breed of math-co AND 32k RAM cache. It comes
with a control panel that allows you to enable/disable the cache and the
math-co. I too have not noticed any noticable increase in speed with the
math-co turned on. There is definately a noticable difference with the
cache turned on.
By the way... A quick plug... That QuickSilver card is VERY nice. I have
not run into a single incompatability. Definately worth the extra bucks
for the cache.
